Monitoring and Evaluation
I am highly experienced in helping organisations to find effective ways to monitor their performance, developing measures which not only monitor inputs and outputs but their effectiveness in meeting strategic goals. It is also crucial to understand how these measures will work in practice so that they are used effectively, and not seen as ‘bean counting’.
